Emotion freezer cultural probe (2018) was a short talk given at PUCPR teaching seminar. In order to understand the pressures that students experience in their daily lives and to use them as a project theme in the Interaction Design course, a Cultural Probe called emotion freezer was sent to each student. This probe was made of a piece of modeling clay, a medicine dispenser, and a task. The task consisted of, at the end of each day, for a week, reflecting on the pressures experienced in that day, expressing with modeling clay and keeping it in the medicine dispenser. At the end of a week, students wrote a reflection on each of the pressures registered in the clay and brought them to the classroom for discussion.
